Located right by major commuting freeways, rolling vineyards, and a short drive to downtown Livermore. I toured 7 of the models and let me tell you I got the workout of my life because ...stairs!! Stairs, stairs, and more stairs. The price point is perfect for a young family or couple starting out, but I wouldn't recommend this style home to my 82 year old dad with knee replacements.
