Cava Homes by DeNova is one of the newest home communities being built in Livermore. These 112 homes consist of townhomes and flats with layouts ranging from 973 sq ft to 1821 sq ft. Located right by major commuting freeways, rolling vineyards, and a short drive to downtown Livermore. I toured 7 of the models and let me tell you I got the workout of my life because ...stairs!! Stairs, stairs, and more stairs. The price point is perfect for a young family or couple starting out, but I wouldn't recommend this style home to my 82 year old dad with knee replacements.
